Who we are
CCN (Chuadanga Communication Network) is an internet service provider in Chuadanga, Bangladesh. Our website address is https://ccninternet.com.
What we collect
- Contact form and coverage-interest form: your name, email, phone number, your message, and the area you asked about.
- Coverage searches: we log which area was searched, without any name or contact details attached.
- Your light or dark theme choice, stored in your own browser’s localStorage. It never leaves your device.
- Standard server logs kept by our host, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- If you become a customer: the details needed to install and bill the connection, such as your address, phone number and package.
- A copy of your National ID (NID) and a photo, used to verify your identity when you sign up for a connection. This is required for internet service registration in Bangladesh.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and call you back.
- To tell you when coverage reaches your area, if you asked to be notified.
- To install, support and bill your connection.
- To decide where to expand the network next, using the anonymous search counts.
Payments
Online payments are handled by SSLCommerz on their own secure servers. Your card number, wallet number and PIN go directly to SSLCommerz. We never receive them and we do not store them. What we get back is a confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus a reference number for your bill.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only in two situations: with our payment processor so a payment can be completed, and where the law or a regulator requires it. Nobody else gets your details.
Cookies and local storage
We keep this minimal. The site stores your theme preference in localStorage, and WordPress may set a session cookie if you log in to the admin area. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party ad cookies on this website.
How long we keep data
Enquiries and coverage requests are kept while they are still useful for providing or offering service. Customer records are kept while your connection is active and for as long as billing and regulatory rules require afterwards. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the hotline or send an email and we will handle it.
